Option 1: Repairs and refurbishment
Under this option, only essential works to address identified problems with existing homes would be carried out, the existing estate would otherwise remain unchanged. This option would not allow us to build new homes, and there would not be much chance to improve on some of the existing problems with the blocks or communal areas. This option is our starting point for the consultation.
